Kathleen said when she went to this business to pick up her vehicle, the tail lights were not working. She was originally told the repairs would take 10 days, but they ended up taking 12 days. She was not given a reason for the delay. She was not kept adequately informed during the repair process. The only time this business contacted her was when her vehicle was ready. She was not satisfied with the communication for the reason mentioned. She was satisfied with the estimate but it was was much less than the finalized bill. The people at this business were very nice.
