Spoke with Elizabeth. She said the business gave an estimate and stuck to it. The lights on the vehicle do not work properly and the business has not been able to resolve the problem. The business feels there is no problem. They will be taking the vehicle to the affiliated dealership to see if they can help with this issue. She was not satisfied with the way she was treated due to her feeling the business left her daughter in an unsafe situation by not repairing the lights properly. She would not recommend this business for service due to reasons already mentioned.
