Thomas said it took too long for the repair to be completed. He had originally been told the repair would be completed in 10 to 14 days when he called after 14 days he was then told the time line to complete the repair had been 16 to 20 days. He had to call the facility to get information on the repair. The estimate on the repair was done by the insurance adjuster. He was not satisfied with the communication due to the confusion over the time the repair would be completed.
