I had spoken to them several times over the past few days about a vehicle they had for sale and I set up an appointment to come and look at it today. The last time they spoke with me was this morning around 10 am and I was assured that they would have the car ready for me to inspect since I was driving an hour and a half one way. I arrived at the car lot right at my scheduled time only to be notified by a salesman that he had sold the car 2 days prior! I understand that they are in the car sales business and I’m not upset they sold the car, I am very upset that they lied to me just a few hours earlier when they said they still had the car and it would be ready. All they had to do was let me know it was gone and I could’ve saved a three hour round trip! I’m not the type of person to leave a bad review but this is just unacceptable customer service. If they are going to lie to a customer about the availability of a vehicle that they have already sold, then what else would they lie to a customer about.
