Fast, informative, helpful with getting it taken care of.

We had the Kia towed to their location off Fairview, having engine rattle. Turn it in, and go back to work. they can give me a call on my way to work minutes later with having already diagnosed that our cylinder was bent. Gave us amazing advice on getting the dealerships involved to get it done for me at the lowest cost. No swindling, no lying, no upselling, even sending me else where to help me. This is a neighborhood mechanic, and he definitely proved to me that this is the place I will go from now on. He understood, help a customer, gain a customer. Thank you! I really do appreciate it. I wouldn’t have even thought to look into Kia USA to help us push our warranty protection.
