Spoke with Toni. She said her husband's vehicle looks original. His vehicle was 4 days later than expected. She is unaware of the cause of delay, except that they were informed that it would not be ready as expected. She was not satisfied with the staff's communication in regards to the $600 that they were asking up front for the ball bearing repair. Toni said they lied to her husband saying that the insurance company would not cover that repair. Her husband was so disappointed that he called the insurance company himself. He was told by the insurance company that they had no knowledge about the situation and that they would cover the repair, if needed. They would still recommend them to others because of their good work, but would definitely caution them.
