Spoke with Janet. She said her vehicle was not ready when promised because she had an appointment on a Wednesday but before that day had arrived she called the business to ask them a question about the vehicle and she was told that they were not going to start working on the vehicle until that following Monday anyway. She brought the vehicle in on that Monday but the vehicle sat there until Thursday before any work was performed on it. She was disappointed because the vehicle was driveable and she could have been driving it until that Thursday and then dropped it off.
