Kona purchase and service
I live 39 miles from the dealership, I purchased t my Kona from them as they gave me a fair price for the car. The service dept was quite nice, The issues i brought the car in for was resolve in a reasonable amount of time. I would have given the service dept 5 stars except for the fact that the service adviser tried to charge me for the a tie down that was damage during the use it was intended for. My vehicle had only 1000 miles at the time, after some strong objections on my part, I was not charged for the part.
I am directing this to Hyundai of America, I purchased the Kona Ultimate with as many electrical and digital gadgets you put into the car, Would it have broken the bank to add a digital compass? Just saying!

We are sorry for the confusion on the broken tie down, the new vehicle elimited warranty usually precludes 'damaged' items, but we presented your case and we're glad that Hyundai came around to our way of thinking.

Your Kona Limited did come very nicely equipped, and in the Ultimate model the compass mirror does come standard.  There is an optional Homelink/Compass mirror available for your Kona and we would be happy to help if this is an accessory you would be interested in adding to yours.  Contact your service advisor Adam and we will help.
