"Complete Brake Service on my daughter's 2009 Scion tc"
The customer interface, both over the phone and in person, was excellent! Both Bob and Dan were very professional and courteous. They went through in detail what they found during their evaluation of the car's brakes, explained in easy to understand terms what needed to be fixed and what the exact cost would be. I'm 100% satisfied with the service I received from East Cooper Auto Pros! It's great to know that if I have a car problem I can count on Bob and Dan and the rest of the Team at East Cooper Auto Pros to fix it.

"Transparent Pricing"
Called me on the phone before any work was done. After I told them to do the work they even sent me a text message confirming the exact cost we talked about. Something came up a few hours later and they called to let me know the price had changed and why.

I have been having electrical problems with my vehicle for the better part of a year. I've taken it to the dealership multiple times only for them to find nothing wrong or charge me alot of money and not fix the issue. The guys at east cooper auto pros took their time,did a thorough inspection and fixed the issue for a fair price. My jeep is running great now! I have nothing but good things to say. I'll definately be coming back.
