Jeff white and Jeff Perry really do care that your happy with your purchase, however sometimes we agree machines are machines they will go the extra mile to make sure your car is running tip top...

Great Service after Car Broke Down and Insurance was Diagnosing
My hyundai ended up having an engine siezure, and was deemed a total loss by insurance. Empire Hyundai was great through the long process, stayed in contact frequently, and kept the process moving as quickly as possible. They were very helpful until the end. I've also gotten my car serviced there before, and they were very diligent in their initial review/inspection of the lights and exterior of the car with me before they took the vehicle from me to service. Would recommend over other Hyundai dealers.
