Sam said his experience at this business was easy and the employees did a good job providing service to his vehicle. He believes his vehicle was returned looking better than it was before the service. However, his rear defroster is not working, and he thinks they did not hook up the wiring correctly on his vehicle when they replaced his rear windshield. He plans on returning to them in the future for more service. The work was also not ready when promised due to a parts delay. He does not recall how late it was.
