Susan said she found a scratch on her back bumper when she got home but they are now working on it. It took 2 days longer than promised. She doesn't know the reason why it was delayed. She is not really sure why she wasn't kept informed. She said she thinks it was because they were really busy working on other vehicles as well as hers.
