Spoke with Ting Ping L. She said the vehicle was delayed initially for 1.5 weeks and she was told it was because of the insurance company. When she called the insurance company they told her they had examined her vehicle pretty quick, so they didn't cause the delay. Her estimator, Fernando, was not experienced and misunderstood what work needed to be done. When she arrived to pick up her vehicle after paying for a rental vehicle out of pocket for 3 weeks which was unreasonable, she was pretty unsatisfied. Fernando wasn't there, so Dennis, the manager, came down and was really rude. He said they weren't responsible for the misunderstanding. She contacted her insurance company and wanted to switch to another business, because she didn't trust them. Ting Ping then called her salesperson at Mercedes of San Francisco and she called over to this business about the misunderstanding and getting the vehicle finished. Ting Ping was then given a loaner Mercedes for one day, because they didn't want to pay too much for the rental. Then they ordered the parts and got the work done in one day. She was recommended to this business by Steve Lam from Mercedes of San Francisco. She won't recommend this business, because of the attitudes including the manager.
