Marcelly said that there were some scratches in addition to the other work that needed to be done which were not taken care of. She is not sure if they were paint, body work or both. The person who delivered the vehicle to her said that she should bring it back in when she has time. She is having trouble finding the time since the original work took 2 weeks. She says the business did not stay in touch with her and she would not recommend them for service. She did not handle the estimate and she thinks she could have been treated better by the personnel.
