Of the many things, Mike is a Mercedes Mesiah. We've had our GLK350 serviced exclusively at a large dealership for several years who as of late has been putting us through several machinations about why they can't correct our brake issues despite no difference in driving style and how much the car is driven. Calipers, brake booster, master cylinder and 2 sets of rotors and pads! Mike surgically went through all the components and identified that it simply came down to the lack of applied knowledge and skill at said dealership. The end result with the brake and suspension fixes once it left Mike's hands according to my wife was; "the car drives beautifully and I really enjoy being it in again." Mike also maintains keen attention to detail from the intake he gets from the customer and doesn't let an item go unaddressed. Also, and being a car enthusiast; I personally enjoyed my interactions with Mike and found talking to him was like one of the guys from the car club. All members of the staff are very cordial and easy to work with.
