Great Service
I really appreciate the expertise and great service I get with my vehicles at Eurotune.
I do, however, have a little problem with the prices you are charging for parts installed. The ignition coil replaced on my 97 Jag XJ6 retails for $65.98 (Bosch OEM) and I was charged $133.60 which is nearly DOUBLE the retail price. I understand you making some profit on the parts but 100% margin is a lot!
When Customers are treated fairly, then come back. When they are not, they go elsewhere.

Eurotine is a very good auto repair shop,located on Midlothian Turnpike, in Richmond Virginia! The staff appears to be very friendly,courteous and helpful in every way... However, I brought my 2007 Ford Focus in to have my motor mounts checked,and they claimed to have found one bad driver side motor mount,whicl was removed,and replaced,according to the repair shop. Sadly to say, after the job was done, im faced with the same vibration problem that caused me to bring the vehicle to this shop in the first place,as if i paid for a job that was never done,because the vibration still exists. When i brought the vehicle back,i was told that: the tech couldn'tfind anything wrong with the vehicle, and felt that there wasn't anything else that could be done to resolve this issue. Out of respect,i just left, and when i get a chance,Ill take the vehicle to the Ford dealership to have the problem resolved... I sorry that they didnt take the time to check the right side motor mount,because that mount is the only mount on the vehicle that hasn't been changed and have to be whats causing the problem. Vickie said the service was great. She dropped her vehicle early in the morning and kept calling them but her calls went straight to voice mail. Later she was told they had internet problems. She thought they could have called her on the cell phone and thought this could have been handled better. When she got to the facility, she still had to sit and wait.

A little skeptical
I have to say I was a little skeptical at first about taking my Audi A4 to Eurotune to get my clutch replaced. When it was all said and done they did a great job. I paid a pretty penny but that may also be because my clutch was an upgrade. Right now bar anything going wrong my car drives and shifts as smooth as butter. So at the end of the day I'm happy.
