Low rating this one time, because repair failed and had to be done again, at owner cost, by another mechanic. I believe this to be an anomaly, but a disappointment none the less.

We've been going to Evans for a long time. I think it's the food. No, I kid! We've been taking our cars to Evans for a long time (14 years) and we have always been extremely satisfied with the results. They're knowledgeable, efficient and, most importantly, honest. Their prices are fair and they're good guys, as well. They will provide some yuks, too. We'll be staying with Evans for good....or until they gives us our dog back. I'm kidding, again

Great customer service by everyone I come in contact with and they are experts at the mechanics of a vehicle and can explain what's wrong so it's no longer a foreign language. Glenn took the time to explain what a strut and sway bar were so I understood what needed to be fixed and why. My daughter drives this vehicle so it's important that I trust the work and with Evans there's no doubt in my mind.
