Emmalee said she was not satisfied with the quality of the repair because they painted the hood and the paint is chipping, so she has to bring the vehicle back. Her vehicle was a couple of days late and she was not given a reason for the delay and she did not receive any phone calls to inform her it was going to be late. She had to call and check on the status of the vehicle, so she was not satisfied with the communication.
