Steven said he wasn't satisfied with the quality of the repair. He stated the door on the left driver's door still doesn't open and close properly. He wasn't kept adequately informed during the repair process. He said 4 days passed and he didn't hear from them so he called them. That is why he wasn't satisfied with the shop's communication.

We always want our customers in the communication loop that’s why we have a view your car online system and a phone follow up process. We have a life time warranty on all our repairs please stop in and let us correct the door issue at your earliest convenience.
