Very reliable. All repairs were done as expected and I was given a weekly update via text .
I have used another repair shop before and this was a much better experience. I was informed every week about the progress. They finished earlier that originally projected. I picked up the car a week later, as I was out of town. It was not a problem. They kept the car safe until I returned. Very good customer service.
