"Fee Issues "
I loved how welcoming and helpful Tracy was but, I was not told that I was being charged for some of the service and products she was speaking to. I felt slightly duped. The car service was fast and she asked the mechanics to be thorough so, time will tell if the up-sell on the radiator fluid was worth the cost.

Thank you for your review.  The antifreeze that was in your cooling system was brown and rusty.  I feel it is my responsibility to let my customers know what services their vehicle may need.  I did not charge you for the 22 point cooling system inspection and I did provide you with an itemized print out of servies and pricing before you scheduled your appointment.  There was no upsell or hidden pricing.
