They found the root problem!
While out of town, my 2011 Tucson had electrical issues and then the battery died completely. It was towed to another Hyundai service center where the battery was replaced. I asserted that the dead battery was a symptom and not the root cause, but they assured me the new battery took care of everything. Spoiler alert: It. Did. Not. By then, I was back in the Soo and took it to Fernelius. They kept searching for the root cause and finally found it! I felt vindicated! It felt good to be listened to and taken seriously.

Hyundai are great vehicles
We have purchased our 5th vehicle from Fernelius over the last 16 years. The Staff are great and the extended Warranty covers the car passed the warranty time. You can't go wrong with them.
