Dean said the business attached extra charges on his bill that he did not need and he is probably going to City Council and the Better Business Bureau on them because he is a reporter. His tow bill for less than a quarter mile was $560. He feels the business raped him. The business charged him $100 for a diagnosis, $25 for shop materials and $25 for hazardous waste and his vehicle does not have any. He was quoted $140 for a part on his vehicle and it came out to $189 and he was told the labor would cost $90 but it almost doubled. This business could do this to an old lady buying her pills in Canada and it just pisses him off. They should try to deal with people through honor and be honorable with their work.
