I shopped around for quite a while before settling on First Choice. They diagnosed my engine within half an hour, briefly explained what was wrong, and allowed me to schedule when I wanted it fixed. I could have had it fixed the same day but it would have taken a few hours for them to get the parts.
I do feel that their explanation could have been a little better when they were telling me what was wrong with the car, but I was satisfied that they did their job correctly and didn't overcharge.
