HORRIBLE! Do NOT use this shop.

1st experience - I own a 2008 Jeep Wrangler that I bought used. I brought it to First Choice to have transmission work done that was covered under the extended warranty. I was told the job would take 2-4 days to complete. I agreed to that time frame. On day five I called to check, and was told that instead of fixing the old transmission, they got the warranty company to buy a new transmission and that it was getting delivered that day before close. I agreed to wait one more day for the repair to be completed. Day 6 the new transmission arrived but they had ordered the wrong one, again wait longer. I was promised that it was on a truck scheduled for over night delivery. I called every day, stopped in every 2-3 days to check on it, and finally after 22 days the transmission arrived. I got the Jeep back on Day 23. I was promised nothing but lies, was not issued a loaner/rental car, the company they sent me to to rent from wanted $350 a day. I still had to pay full price after I was out of a vehicle for almost a month.

2nd Experience - I gave First Choice another chance, hoping that it was a one time occurrence and gave them benefit that it might not have been their fault (I know now that they should have ordered the right tranny the first time). The Jeep started to death wobble (violent side to side shaking while driving). The manager Mike quoted me $500 to fix the problem. However, when I went to pick it up the price changed to $700 and that the quote in the beginning was for the wrong part and that it was the parts store that gave him the wrong part price. I do not understand how you can run a car shop, and not know exactly what part is needed, or how to read a blueprint to find what part you need.

So in conclusion, I feel this shop will try to raise the price and make you wait much longer for your vehicle. They will come up with excuses and get an attitude when you voice concerns. They do NOT put their customers first as advertised!
