Was charged $13.99 per quart of oil my truck holds 12 quarts over heard person behind desk order oil from autozone for $20 a gallon.

We have spoken with Joel J. and made the correction on our part and apologized for the error. Mr. Joel was reimbursed for our new employee's error as well as we have done more repairs on his vehicle. Thank you sir for being so understanding and we will do our best not to let this happen again.
