Decent Service Department - don't trust the sales people
I always have good experiences with the service department staff. They are friendly and informative.
The sales staff, not so much. Nothing worse than overhearing someone remark about a Spanish speaking customer's less than ideal English skills. Saying you don't understand what the person is saying is neither professional nor proactive. A sale is a sale and remarking in view and earshot of other people is not cool. Between that and past experience with less than empathetic sales people, I'll say use the service department, they get 100%. But I will not buy a car from them again and neither will my friends.

Happy that I returned for service
My last service here was pretty bad and ironically this service ended up being needed to fix another missed item from that last bad service. But luckily Angela Kiesman took responsibility for the situation and helped make this a great service visit. I'll definitely go back because of her handling of the service.

3 hours for an oil change
I don't care for the way they run the place. One of the things they say to get you in is free oil changes, but they are not actually free. The first one is and then they want to charge you 20 something dollars for fluids and then by the third time they want to charge you $200 and then $400 and if you don't pay the money then they say that you lose your warranty.
There's more too but I dont care enough about this place to bother.

The team members of the First Hyundai dealership have always treated our family with the utmost respect and care, our son was diagnosed with Leukemia back in 2016 and when we came in 2017 and leased to purchase a 2017 Elantra. The salesperson, dealership manager and accountant all made sure we got the best deal by far, and we had contacted and visited many dealerships in the area. I recently had my 20k mile service done at First Hyundai. As usual, the work was done professionally and courteously. Angela is a fantastic service advisor, and when I was told that there would be some necessary replacements to consider in the near future (tires and battery), she quoted me a price OTD that was fair, even stating that they'll price-match. I will continue to have my Hyundai serviced here :)
