Extremely High Quote
Heard noises, brought the car to the dealer for inspection to see if it was under warranty. Was quoted almost $600 for new front brakes and rotors and was told "they were metal on metal."

Got a second opinion and turns out I did not need rotors, it was just the warning pads squealing and I only needed new front brakes, not rotors. From now on will only bring the car if I KNOW it's a warranty related fix. Basic care was EXTREMELY pricey.

Erin I am sorry that you feel this way. As a hyundaoe dealership we only sell hyundai part and the brake you are getting are aftermarket... Feel free to call me about this. We could have done a price match or worked on the price and parts..

Review
Service center is good, people are friendly but the actual buying a car I've had better.. I leased the car f or 4 yrs put down a first payment at time of signing. Took 10 days to get my car. Then when I got my first payment in the mail it was for 2 months saying the first month needs paying in advance when I said I did it at time of signing they would not refund me any money not from dealer or company, when I bought the car out right I left 3 messages with the guy that helped us he didn't return a single call. So I had to go in 2 months later to find out where my title and registration was after waiting half hour the man who didn't return my calls had it for over a month and he never called me to say it was in. Then told me well I should have called him ! Still no title it's been 2.5 months, now they said last w/o the DMV is supposed to mail it to me. Still waiting but not holding my breath.
Cars are great but would not shop there again

Mark showed me every detail in my car how to use every feature , took his time explaining everything to me and was so kind . Josh in finance made the process very easy and was very helpful in helping me get everything I wanted miles , payment etc , ** was very patient with me in answering all my questions I would definitely recommend first Hyundia after having this experience .

I am now driving a 2021 Tuscan thanks to the amazing team .
