9 weeks of waiting
They had my car for 9 weeks. I never felt like they really cared to get the work done in a timely manner. It took about 3 weeks for them to look at my car. They never offered me a loaner and left me without transportation for 9 weeks while continuing to brush me off with we’re working on it. Not a good experience!!

Problem fixed!
I was charged twice for a cabin air filter replacement because I had to take my car back in after hearing strange noises coming from around the cabin air filter area. I talked to Billy about the situation and I was credited for the second repair. The car is now fixed and I am a happy Hyundai owner.

Azera Service Visit
I bought my Azera (2nd one!) here in March 2016 and they have been servicing it ever since. My husband bought his Sonata here in 2018 - and he is happy as well. I would say my only (future) disappointment is that they have stopped producing the Azera.

2020 Palisade brought in 3 times for the same issue
I brought my 2020 Hyundai Palisade (which I bought from this dealership) three times before the fixed the problem of my radar sensor malfunctioning. This is a brand new vehicle it should not take 3 times to fix the problem

Poor Service
I have been going to this dealership for a few years now and lately they have problems coming through and making it right. Very disappointed and will never buy a car from them again. Customer service is out the window once you buy the car. Waiting 3 hours for an oil change is ridiculous. Not getting the car back in the same shape as when you dropped it off is ridiculous also. I've had it!! I wouldn't recommend this dealership.

Someone who listened and cared
It was refreshing to find Benjamin Smith who helped me that day with my service problem. He was most professional and courteous and listened to my description of the problem and after taking the vehicle for a test drive was able to get my vehicle back into the service department to fix the problem. He went above and beyond to get my vehicle repaired after the service department recommended I wait until the problem got worse so they could find the problem. Thanks to him I was able to get it fixed while I w@s there and not have to go back another time.
