I had my first Free For Life maintenance. After I left the dealership I experienced problems with the vehicle. I was called back in, the matter was addressed and it was repaired under warranty to my satisfaction.

The service video was great
I have been taking my vehicle to this dealership for a few years now and this last experience was the best I have had. I loved that they sent a video showing an assessment of the needed repairs. The increased transparency better enforced why certain services were needed. I really liked this new feature.

Very helpful
It was very busy & I was waiting in a long line. Someone came and offered to help me. Everyone ahead of me had gotten assistance or were with an agent. It was a pleasant surprise. He said he would handle my issue himself and it would take just a few minutes. He was right. I had my solution to the problem, it was fixed and I left in less than 10 minutes!!

I thought I needed 4 tires, dropped the car off and within 5 minutes I received a call from Amanda letting me know two of the tires were good and recommended I only replace two. I've been to other places that push four tires when I only needed two. Only place I would bring my car for service.

Scheduled Maintenance
Routine maintenance work is always a good thing. Of course I would like to see my Sonata last as long as it can. I did find the cost ($437)to be on the high side (found it hard to justify why replacing fluids and filters should cost so much), but was happy that Angela was the one to see it through. I hope you realize she's the best service rep you've got. She's smart, friendly, and truly understands my needs in ensuring the value of whatever work is done. Heck, I'd marry her if she'd let me...
