I did not have an appointment and they took me in on their lunch break. Also needed some extra maintenance and they took care of that plus plugged a tire. They also did not charge for the inspection.

I can ALWAYS count on excellent service whenever I take my vehicle into First Team Hyundai to be serviced. The service desk is staffed with friendly, competent service reps. They answer all of my questions and make sure I have no further questions before we end our conversation. I first purchased a Hyudai Sonata in 2009. I purchased another in 20011, and I am getting ready to purchase the new Ioniq in March of this year. The service at First Team Hyundai helps keep me returning.
