The best auto shop experience I’ve ever had
I came to Fishhook Auto with a very sentimental but beaten up truck. They were understanding and professional and assured me they could handle anything my vehicle needed. As a woman I didn’t feel patronized or taken advantage of, their estimate and pricing was reasonable, and they called me with any unexpected findings before proceeding with any work we hadn’t agreed on. There were no muffler bearing type charges (nothing made up to inflate the bill), and it was done even faster than I thought it would be. The shop itself was clean and clearly treated as a professional environment as well. They’ve earned my business and I will recommend them to friends and family.
