Good morning, 

   I am very sorry to hear that you had to wait 
Outside that is not normal at all for our dealership. 
This dealership was built a very long time ago and the footprint is what the footprint is. We have made some improvements in our facility just this year but Montgomery County will not let us change our footprint but with our lounges and the seating in the showrooms we generally have plenty of seating. I am again very sorry for the service PK is new to our staff but she seems to be very good with her customers I am sorry that she has failed you on this trip Our goal is to always provide 5 star service. We if given the opportunity will show you we do care about customer service.

Wasn't too expensive. Car was ready in the exact amount of time customer service said it would be. Car was washed before return (would be nice to have had inside cleaned too) Very efficient way
