I had the best sales person who even brought a car to my home for my test drive. Since I have chemical sensitivities, he made sure it was completely aired before I got in it. He answered all my questions and explained everything more than once if needed.

Service Manager Juan Rubio is the best at Gaithersburg
I had been having an issue with the steering in my 2014 Santa Fe, this had been going on for about 6 months after I purchased the car brand new, I only drive about 5k miles a year. Every time I went to service the car and I complained about this I was told the Tech cld not duplicate the sound I was hearing. At my last appointment Mr Rubio was my service rep, I explained the issue I had been having and after the technician drove the car they told me the steering rack needed to be replaced. Finally after almost 5 years of this sound Mr Rubio got it fixed for me. I’m so grateful to him but will never buy another Hyundai as the steering rack which is a major and important component was failing with only 1000 miles on the car.

Im happy but not my car
I took my car here to fix a loud noise coming from under the car. The staff were very friendly and tried to resolve my problem quickly so I can get back out on the road. However, it is now my 3rd visit for the same noise and hopefully, my car will be fixed this time. Would still recommend this place because of the deals they offer and great customer service.
