Took car in for basic fender/body work - estimator said he had seen exact same damage multiple times and estimated 3-4 business days max. By day 4, he kept promising it would be ready the next day. By day 6 he absolutely promised me it would be done on day 7. Meanwhile I was juggling my work schedule based on his promise. There were no complications - they just didn't get to it. Day 7 - estimator is not at work and receptionist has no idea of status. Finally afternoon of Day 8 it gets finished - double the original estimate. They did an okay job - hood no longer closes quite correctly but otherwise it looks good. Time delay with no rationale reason is point of 2 stars. I would recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
