Recall on Hood Latch for 2014 Santa Fe. Didn't have to wait too long, perhaps an hour or two. Lots of free soft drinks and snacks available. It was difficult to schedule an appointment via phone so I finally just used the website to schedule. Service Rep didn't return my call until the next day.

I always have a good experience at your dealership, however this last visit too longer than expected due to being short 2 technicians. It would have been nice to tell me it was going to be a longer wait rather than tell me 90 minutes after I got there. I didn’t have any plans but if I had I would have been really late.
