I'd like to let you know that I also let AAA know what excellent service you provided. Between Patti, Jessica and the drivers, I felt that everything within their power was being being done to assist me and it was much appreciated. My car broke down on my 1st day of a new job so my stress level was up there. Being in customer service myself, it's apparent when a service provider goes beyond the call of duty and that's how I felt, taken care of.
