Brian was very helpful and friendly when he picked me up in the tow truck. He also seemed to put safety first, making sure to adjust a cable to be tighter just in case instead of just leaving it to chance. The repair shop did a great job on my car and they seemed very professional.

Richard said the business helped him out when he was in a jam. They towed his vehicle because the alternator went out. His windows were down when they picked it up. He said he is unsure if the inside got wet from the windows being down.

Thanks to the AAA tow truck driver's (I think his name was Brandon, he was awesome!) recommendation, I had my car towed to Forte's Bros. Auto Repair. Jorge explained what work they would be doing. The repair price was much lesser than going to the Acura dealer thanks to my AAA membership and Jorge's garage being AAA certified. He also recommended a few additional repairs I wasn't aware of. Thanks Jorge and staff!
