I did receive good service when I went in for oil change. I asked to be notified of any needed service (which was reported to me; I both appreciated and requested some of that). I had asked for my windshield wipers be replaced as long as vehicle there.
Interesting.... two wipers at $19-$20 each AND a service charge of $10+ to put them on for a total of $50.88.
Days before, my husband took his Cadillac SUV to the Harvey dealer, had three wipers replaced similar priced, and they washed his car, for the total price of the blades. total that bill $58.
One would think the Cadillac dealer be pricey, yet he has found them to be very reasonable for all service to date.
