Brooke said it took longer than promised due to a part delay. She chose not to specify how late it was. This business did not call her back. When she took her vehicle in for an estimate, she asked if both bumpers would be covered by the insurance company. The gentleman said he did not know and he would call her with the information. Several weeks went by, and during this whole time she asked four to five times about the bumpers and if both would be covered. She was told every time they would call with that information. She also asked for an estimate for the left side mirror. The quote was for a new part but she asked what it would be for a used part. She was told he would have to call her back and he did not. She said she was surprised when she picked up her vehicle to find both bumpers fixed. She found this business on the internet.
