Janis said it took longer than promised due to an insurance company delay. She does not recall how late it was. This business did a good job repairing her vehicle and they got her insurance to cover more than she thought they would. She receive a call letting her know her vehicle was ready 40 minutes before they closed so she had to rush to pick up her vehicle and get her rental vehicle together. Overall, she was pleased with the communication.
