Spoke with Rosemary. She said she was not too pleased with the bumper. It has a plastic chrome and this business put tape on it when they painted it. When they took it off, it pulled off some of the chrome. This business was suppose to give her some paint to touch up some scratches but they never called her back. She said she will be happy when she gets the paint. Her vehicle is making funny noises and the hood is not staying up. She has to use a stick to keep it up. Her headlights are different colors. One is yellow and one is white. This business could have thrown in another headlight, she would have paid extra. This business did a good job except for the chrome on the bumper. The repair took a while. There was a delay of a week or two because of the storm. She received the estimate in the mail. Her husband took care of things so she doesn't know if she is satisfied with the shop's communication. This business was a very clean place. She likes the location and will go back if this business keeps their promise with the paint. If not, she will not recommend this business to others.
