Thomas said last Friday his wife picked the vehicle up at 4:30 or 5:00 pm and they had not washed off the dust. They put the vehicle back together incorrectly and the grill and the passenger's side headlight were falling out. He was not happy with the quality of the repair. He said on Tuesday morning he took the vehicle back and told James what the problems were and he was told they would take care of it. He looked at the vehicle and told him he would be back. He came back in 10 minutes and told him that the men were at lunch and asked him to come back at 1:00 pm. His vehicle was not ready on time for the above reasons. He took his vehicle and drove down the freeway. While driving on the freeway the hood came flying up because it was not closed properly, but he was able to control the vehicle and no one was injured. He said it was a very serious incident and there could have been an accident or an injury. He took his vehicle back and told them what had happened and asked them to make it right. James told him it would probably take three weeks before they could get to it. He said he is hoping that they will get it done soon, hopefully by Thanksgiving.
