Julie said the business never updated her on the status of her vehicle. She had to continuously call back for updates. Whenever she called they would assure her, the vehicle would be ready the next day, when in actuality it was delayed three days. They kept pushing back the due date, which was frustrating. Something was not plugged in with her vehicle after having it repaired at this business. She had her vehicle fixed when she drove to another facility.
