Gail said she was absolutely satisfied with the quality of the repairs. She was not given a promise of time but she was very ill and incapacitated by the flu to the point that she would not have cared or known how long it took. She was called once by this business and she was in a breathing therapy and could not get to the phone. She did not hear from them again but being ill as she was it was not as important to her at the time. The business did not communicate with her much because she was ill. She would absolutely recommend this business to others. She stated she chose this business because she used to deal with the one in St. Bernard parish and she was well pleased with them so she knew that this business would do a great job as well.
