Faye said her vehicle wasn't ready when promised. They gave her a due date when she checked in. When she went to pick the vehicle up it wasn't ready. They had trouble with getting the parts. She said it was delayed again because they had trouble getting a dent out of the bottom of her vehicle. They wanted to make sure the frame was straight. She said Mr. James was very friendly. She said this business was the best priced and she trusts them. She was satisfied overall.
