John said he took his vehicle to this business Monday. They told him on Tuesday it would be ready Wednesday night. He called Wednesday and they said it would be ready Thursday. He called Thursday and they said it would be ready Friday. When he picked up his vehicle on Friday night, he went home and realized that none of the exterior lights worked. He repaired the lights himself and called and left a message at the business. They called him back Monday and wanted to look at the vehicle. He told them everything was already fixed. The personnel at this business were very friendly. He said he was happy with the way he was treated when he called, but he was not happy that he had to call to get updates on his vehicle. They did not call him at all to communicate with him. He would not recommend this business due to their lack of communication.
