Jeremy said the vehicle was supposed to be ready in two to three days but the repair work took twelve days to complete. The staff told him the delay was because they had to wait for the insurance company to give them approval to do the work. He stated he does not believe they were doing what they should have been doing to get the approval since he had to call the insurance company to get things going. He had to call the business for updates as they did not call him. He was pleased with Steve, the estimator. He was not satisfied with the way he was treated or the communication for the reasons mentioned. He will not recommend the business due to this experience. His insurance company suggested them but he plans to inform them of his experience and suggest they no longer recommend the business.
