Jonathon said the repair work and paint finish on his vehicle were great and the facility did a good job. He was not satisfied with the fact that the staff used his stereo system while they did their work. He had left the stereo in a semi-disabled state when he dropped off his vehicle so that the speakers would not turn on. When he got his vehicle back he found the disabling had been overridden and the volume had possibly been turned up quite high. He is uncomfortable with the idea that the staff would have done this and he lost confidence in leaving his vehicle on the premises. Fortunately, his stereo equipment was not damaged but he knows it was used. He did not have any involvement with the estimate.
