Louis said his experience was pretty good, although there was a cleaning issue by one of the technicians. His vehicle was transferred from one office to another and whoever worked on the vehicle used a floor mat that had gunk on the back and it got on the carpet. He was satisfied with the quality but there is a loud squeak coming from the seat that was not there before. He was told they did a check of the repair but this squeak is pretty loud and hard to miss.
