Timothy said the bumper wasn't quite right when he got his vehicle back. He took it back today and they corrected it. There was a piece of plastic that was bent and was supposed to correct itself through its memory. It didn't. It was a large difference. There was something else that was pushing in. He took his vehicle back a week and a half later. They were very accommodating. He works the same hours as they do. They let him come in at 07:30 A.M. instead of 08:00 A.M. He said it was a good experience. They were willing to work with him. He understands it might have been an oversight with something else pushing besides the plastic piece.
