Jim said they provided good service and they did good work. They were having some trouble getting the supplement from the people and in order to get the vehicle out as soon as possible, he paid the $88 himself. It was the last day before Christmas and he just wanted his vehicle back. Then, seven days later, the big check came but the only thing he was upset about was having paid the $88 for the supplement. He was happy with Vincent who even picked him up and took him to this business for his vehicle. After the vehicle was cleaned, he also helped to locate a few personal items. He was very courteous. He had only had the vehicle for a couple of months when it was crashed and he believes that after the repairs, it was left like new. It was left perfectly just the way it had been before.
